Marrakech Hub

The BIOXPARC Marrakech will cover about a 330 hectares surface, divided into n°3 plots, all of them located within the region of Marrakech: the first plot of 128 Ha, is located on the Provincial Road n. 2009 at the 11^th km (see attachment 1).

The real estate component of the project entails the built of laboratories equipped with the latest technologies, where important academic research centres of biotechnology coming from all over the world, as well as private companies and international organizations – also in the fields of finance, law and consultancy – will find their place.
